Learn how to monitor the status of your applications and campaigns
📌Notes
- •If your product is being shipped, click the Shipping icon to see tracking details, including carrier and tracking number.
- •For the most accurate delivery status, please visit the shipping carrier's website.
🔧How to Check Progress
- •Click the Applications tab in the menu to see all campaigns you've applied to.
- •Each campaign shows a 3-step progress: Application → Shipping → Video
- •The current step is highlighted. Click any icon to view detailed information below.
🗂️Status Breakdown
📋Application Step
After applying, your status will show as:
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Submitted | Your application is currently under review. |
| Approved | Your application has been accepted, and the product will be prepared for shipment. |
| Denied | Your application was not selected. You may apply for other campaigns. |
| Cancelled | Your application has been cancelled. You may apply for other campaigns. |
🚚Shipping Step
Once approved, your campaign will move to the Shipping stage:
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Not Shipped | Your product is ready but has not yet been shipped. |
| Shipping | Your product is on its way to you. |
| Delivered | Your product has been delivered. Please proceed with creating your campaign video. |
| Application Issue | There is an issue with your application that needs to be resolved. |
| Reshipment | Your product is being reshipped due to delivery issues. |
| Returned | Your product has been returned. |
| Cancelled | Shipping has been cancelled. |
🎥Video Step
After delivery, your campaign will enter the Video stage:
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Not Submitted | No video has been uploaded. Please submit it before the deadline. |
| Reviewing | Your video is currently under review. |
| Approved | Your video has been approved, and your reward will be issued automatically. |
| Rejected | Your video was not approved. Please revise and resubmit it before the deadline. |
| Cancelled | Your campaign has been cancelled. |

Submitted Status
Your application has been submitted and is currently under review by our team.
Approved Status
Congratulations! Your application has been approved and the product will be prepared for shipment.
Rejected Status
Unfortunately, your application was not selected for this campaign. You can apply for other campaigns.
Cancelled Status
This application has been cancelled. You may apply for other available campaigns.
